We think we do a very accurate and complete inspection, but why not let some of our clients tell the story!

Recently, Jim Dietrich from AAA Home Inspections conducted what we thought would be a cursory "spot inspection" of our home. In the process he uncovered several minor problems; some of which we were already aware of and suggested appropriate repairs. In the process of inspecting our furnace, however, he found an excessive amount of carbon monoxide present and a chimney back draft situation he believed to be excessive. Jim strongly encouraged us to have this situation checked out more thoroughly by an HVAC professional. Upon doing so we discovered the chimney exhaust flue to be almost completely blocked resulting in a dangerous level of life threatening exhaust gasses from both the furnace and water heater being dumped into our home.

There is a high probability that Jim’s insistance on attending to every detail when conducting even a simple home inspection may have saved our lives and certainly contributed to a vast improvement in the healthy level of the air we breathe. Thanks Jim!

Thanks for doing such a thorough inspection.   I’m impressed by your attention to detail and the report is a great guide to organizing and prioritizing the repairs needed on this home. One of the strongest reasons for selecting you to inspect the house was the quality and thoroughness of the sample inspection report, and I’m happy to say my actual report is no disappointment.    If I need another inspection in the future, you’ll be my first choice.
